If You Have Not Received Your Item:

If you have successfully placed an order, but the tracking status indicates that the item has been "Delivered" (or "Attempted Delivery")—yet you have not actually received it—please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate the package. Once an item has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over its subsequent transit (i.e., the carrier assumes full responsibility for the shipment).
